On May 13th, Civitella Ranieri celebrated 15 seasons and the Fellows of 2009 with a terrace party in New York City. Approximately 100 guests, Fellows, and friends attended, sipping 'Civitellas' while enjoying the first clear evening in several days. Chairman of the Board, John Roberts, welcomed guests, with additional reflections offered by Patricia Cronin, CRF2009 and the newest member of our Board. Three students of the Juilliard School performed a clarinet piece composed by their professor, Manuel Sosa, CRF2009. Annie Gosfield, CRF2009, who served on our last music jury, also spoke. Thank you to everyone who attended, helped, and participated in the Foundation's milestone 15 seasons.
Executive Director, Dana Prescott, and Program Associate, Erica Næss, enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace.
2010 Fellow, Ward Shelley, listens to Manuel Sosa's composition.
John Roberts helps Dana Prescott cut the first slice of cake.
2009 Fellows Miranda Lichtenstein & Gary Shteyngart catch up over drinks with their partners.
