Civitella Ranieri Foundation's New York office is happy to welcome Erica Næss as our new Program Associate. The Program Associate is the principle contact for Fellows in booking their travel and learning about the specifics of their upcoming stay at the Center in Umbertide, as well as other important aspects of our New York operations.
Erica was born and raised in Miami, Florida by two foreign-born parents (one Cuban, one Norwegian) and loves to travel . She has an MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Adelphi University and is the recipient of the Alice Hoffman Fellowship in Creative Writing for which she worked with Francine Prose. She plans to visit every continent and hopes to learn a few new languages while improving on those she already knows.
