One for the Books

On Thursday, September 1, Group III Fellows went to Sansepolcro and Monterchi led by the Foundation's Executive Director, Dana Prescott. The trip focused on the works of Piero della Francesca.

The evening proceeded with a presentation by visitor Stephen Doyle (DG 2016). 

Stephen Doyle has a series of works manipulated straight from the pages of books. 

The day closed with pizza in the Fellows' garden. Chefs Romana and Patrizia prepared 15 kinds of pizza for all to share. 

We enjoyed endless varieties of pizza, fresh from the outdoor pizza oven.
