Jóhann Jóhannsson's Presentation
Yesterday evening, Icelandic composer and filmaker Jóhann Jóhannsson (CRF 2016) presented his short film End of Summer in the library.
Shot in black and white over a 20 day period in the Antarctic Peninsula, End of Summer depicts the landscape and natural life at the edge of the world. The stunning visuals are accompanied by an original soundtrack, and field recordings that Jóhannsson made on location.
