On Wednesday, July 1, Director's
Guests, Stephen Doyle and Gael Towey presented their work to a full
house, after which we celebrated with home made pizza. Chef Romana
Ciubini, who recently completed another course at the Università dei
Sapori in Perugia, prepared the dough. Local vendors provided the
cheese and meats and our vegetable garden yielded zucchini, eggplant,
peppers, and rughetta.
