From Civitella's Kitchen: Pizza Night

 On Wednesday, July 1, Director's Guests, Stephen Doyle and Gael Towey presented their work to a full house, after which we celebrated with home made pizza.  Chef Romana Ciubini, who recently completed another course at the Universit√† dei Sapori in Perugia, prepared the dough.  Local vendors provided the cheese and meats and our vegetable garden yielded zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and rughetta.
