Excursion to Urbino
On Tuesday May 24th, all of the Fellows and the Director's Guest took a trip to nearby Urbino. They
visited the National Gallery and the fascinating Cappella Salimbeni. Over lunch, the group discovered two regional specialties, "Pasta nel sacco" and "Salame matto."
