Last evening Latvian visual artist Ivars Drulle gave a presentation in la Galleria during which he told the audience eight stories. Each story began with Ivars' research describing something he had been interested in--often concerning a social or political issue, and resulted in an artwork that had been inspired by the issue at hand.
