I am subletting my studio at the Elizabeth Foundation (39th street between 8th and 9th Ave in Manhattan) from August 1 to September 8. The studio is 320sf with windows, nice clean space, 24hr access, no living room. The studio has AC, wireless Internet (included), and a kitchen and bathroom right outside. There is a freight elevator. The rent is $745 a month. Please let me know if you are interested, or pass this along to somebody who may be.
